Todd Norris, M.Ed. - Todd Norris is the Executive Director of Integration Plus, Inc. He has been with Integration Plus, Inc. since 2001 and has seen the program grow from a single supported living site to one which currently provides supports for up to 14 individuals, and serves approximately 50-75 families per year through various in home supports. Todd completed his Master's Degree in Special Education and his Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Missouri.

Adam Struby, M.Ed. - Adam Struby is the Assistant Director of Program Operations for Integration Plus, Inc. and has been in his current position since 2001. Adam received his Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Missouri and serves as the primary provider of in home services such as Behavior Therapy and staff training and development programs. Prior to his work at Integration Plus, Inc. he served as the Project Coordinator for Judevine Outreach Services' Central Missouri Autism Project. Adam's interest's include study and research in the areas of Autism and Autism spectrum disorders and Positive Behavior Supports and has co-authored a book on providing Positive Behavior Supports in residential settings.

Mary Lynam - Mary serves as Assistant Director responsible for Supported Living Services for Integration Plus, Inc. She is responsible for the direct oversight of the supported living programs, quality management, providing various trainings to supported living staff in regonizing abuse and neglect, the development of resident training objectives and is currently developing a relationship training class to provide to residents of the supported living programsShe has been employed at Integration Plus since January of 2000 and has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri.

Josh Pollard- Josh serves as a Program Coordinator for Integration Plus, Inc. He is responsible for direct supervision of the Primrose ISL, providing training and direct supervision to direct care and lead staff. He has been employed at Integration Plus since 2004 and has a Bachelor's degree from Central Methodist University.

Aaron Dennis - Aaron is the Program Coordinator for the Scott Boulevard ISL. He is responsible for the supervision of the program operation and the implementation of direct supports for individuals living at the Scott ISL. Aaron has a Bacholor's degreee from Central Methodist Univewrsithy and has been employed with Integration Plus, Inc. since 2005.

Cheryl Norris, RN - Cheryl serves as the Registered Nurse for Integration Plus, Inc. She is responsible for providing training in First Aide, CPR, Body Substance Precautions, and Medication Administration for staff providing direct supports. She also is responsible for the oversight of medical services being provided for individuals receiving supported living services. She has worked for the last twenty-five years as a Registerd Nurse.
