Supported Living Services
Integration Plus, Inc. provides supported living services which are set up and provided in community settings and are based on individualized needs.
Individuals receiving these services are assessed in the areas of self-care, receptive and expressive language, learning, self direction, mobility, independent living skills and economic self sufficiency.
Programming is developed and implrmented based on specific skill deficits in these areas with the ultimate goal of developing skills that lead to a more independent life.
urrently our residential programs provide both short term services (9-15 months) for children and young adults ages 6-17 aimed at behavior intervention and family reunification and long term services aimed at providing adults with an opporutnity to develop new skills.
